Normandy.
Last night, we got back from our three-day weekend in Normandy. It was great to get out of the city and enjoy the Normand countryside. I felt like a kid again going "ooh" and "aah" as I saw the beach, trees and farm animals as if it were the first time I saw these things. Clearly, I am becoming way too Parisian and need to escape my urban life a bit more often. Next getaway is in ten days as 11/11 is a bank holiday in France (yep, again) and we'll be "ponting".
Hope everyone had a fun Halloween. I enjoyed reading all your spooky posts!
Update: since his feet were so popular, here's the pumpkin in one piece.
Happy belated Halloween!
